Finding Support: Your Regional Mental Health Resource Guide
At Kindling, we believe that staying connected to a supportive network is an essential part of holistic healing. While our cooperative offers a nurturing space for therapy and growth, we want to ensure our Snohomish and King County neighbors have easy access to the broader web of community care around us. Whether you are navigating a difficult day, seeking community-led support groups, or need immediate assistance, we’ve gathered these local and national resources to help guide your way. You don’t have to walk this path alone.
